ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Sales Person for Polo Garcia State Farm Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual is Preferred (Spanish-English)
- Licensed for Property and Casualty and Life & Health
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Richmond/Katy Texas.
- Our office is open 9 am to 5 pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
- We currently have 12 team members at our agency.
- We have Over 45 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
